Vinebox, on the other hand, leaves the final selection to you by giving you the chance to taste mini-servings of European wines at home before shelling out on a full bottle. instead of getting a case of six or a dozen bottles, you only pick a few based on what you’ve enjoyed in your home tasting.

As far as customer support goes, there’s a satisfaction guarantee, and you can cancel when you want with payment-to-payment subscriptions. If you’re stuck for gift ideas, Plonk has a few handy options if you want to impress a wine-loving loved one.

Vinebox Main Benefits Overall

Cancellation Terms

Plonk Cancellation Terms

Cancelation of a Plonk subscription depends on what kind of plan you have with the club. If you’ve prepaid for subscriptions whatever the duration, you’re not entitled to a refund of any sort as they’re classed as “non-refundable final sales”.

However, if you pay for the subscription plan on a rolling monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis, you’re free to cancel whenever it suits you. In order for it to take effect before your next shipment, cancel via your account or get in touch with Plonk at least seven working days before your next scheduled date for billing.

Vinebox Cancellation Terms

You have the freedom to end your Vinebox membership at any time via email. However, it’s important to note that this doesn’t apply after the event so if you try to cancel just after you’ve paid a regular membership fee, Vinebox won’t be able to return your payment and cancelation will come into effect in time for the next shipment.

This policy is the same for monthly and annual memberships meaning you can’t cancel the latter halfway through and expect a refund. If for any reason you need to skip a box, Vinebox is pretty flexible. Just let them know in writing in good time.
