It’s not always straightforward to cancel a Plonk subscription as it depends on what kind of plan you have. If you’ve prepaid for a subscription no matter the duration, you’re not entitled to a refund because such purchases are classed as “non-refundable final sales”.

However, if you’re paying for the subscription on a rolling monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis, you’re in luck and can cancel whenever it suits you. In order for cancelation to take effect before your next delivery, cancel yourself via your account or contact Plonk at least seven working days before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancelling with this club is simple. You have the freedom to close your Tasting Room subscription at any time without any fee. Note that cancelation will only stop unprocessed orders so, if renewal and payment have already gone through, the shipment can’t be stopped.
