What is Carlson Vineyards wine club?
The wine club was started to share and promote the best wines Colorado had to offer. It’s aimed primarily at those who’ve already visited the winery and love the wines produced by Carlson.
How does the Carlson Vineyards wine club work?
With both membership levels on offer, you’ll be committed to a one-year membership. However, the number of bottles per club level isn’t made completely clear, there’s a CV12 club and a CV3 club, leaving users to assume either a 12-bottle and three-bottle tier, but this isn’t explicitly stated. You’ll receive either two or four shipments per year.

The bottom line
While Carlson Vineyards offers a popular choice for tourists to visit, the wine club itself is a little limited. We’d recommend it to anyone who has visited the winery and is familiar with the varieties on offer, as it’s a club very much focused on loyal customers.
If you’re new to wine, would like more choices, or are simply looking for a range of prices, you should try one of the larger wine clubs. Wine Insiders is a great place to start. It selects its wines from across the country and has a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you’re not happy with your wines.
Or you could sign up to Laithwaites. It gives you complete freedom over your wine choices and sources from all over the world.
